In den vergangenen Jahren konnte mithilfe des Erasmus+ Projekts zum Beispiel das Kunstprojekt \u201aArt Bridge\u2018 mit der Deutschen Schule Lissabon realisiert werden. Diese Art von Projekten gibt es jedoch nicht nur f\u00fcr Schulklassen, sondern auch Lehrkr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen von dem Programm und seinen M\u00f6glichkeiten profitieren, indem sie an Fortbildungskursen oder Konferenzen teilnehmen oder andere Schulen in Europa im Rahmen von Hospitationen besuchen. In den Jahren 2020 bis 2022 ist es uns gelungen, ein solches Fortbildungsprojekt erfolgreich durchzuf\u00fchren: \u201eCatalyzing teaching proficiency and processes of school development\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Neun Teilnehmer*innen konnten so entweder an Trainingskursen oder an Hospitationen bei Partnerinstitutionen teilnehmen, um ihre Fachkenntnisse zu erweitern. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde das gesammelte Wissen weitergegeben, indem die neuen Erkenntnisse in Fachsitzungen und Mitarbeiterschulungen vorgestellt und diskutiert worden sind.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Durchf\u00fchrung einer internen Evaluation hat die Schule die folgenden zwei Bereiche identifiziert, die durch die Erasmus-Ma\u00dfnahme verbessert werden sollten: die St\u00e4rkung des Profils der Schule im Bereich der politischen und \u00f6kologischen Bildung sowie der Ausbau der Lehrkompetenz in den F\u00e4chern Deutsch, Englisch und Mathematik.<\/p>\n<p>Die daf\u00fcr ausgew\u00e4hlten Aktivit\u00e4ten (Trainingskurse, Hospitationen) sollten als &#8222;Katalysatoren&#8220; fungieren, um die Unterrichtsqualit\u00e4t und unsere au\u00dferunterrichtlichen Projekte weiter zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p><u>St\u00e4rkung des Profils der Schule im Bereich der politischen und \u00f6kologischen Bildung<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Emel \u00c7elik ist eine der beiden Lehrkr\u00e4fte, die f\u00fcr die Organisation unserer Schulkonferenz \u201eModel United Nations of Tallinn\u201c (MUNOT) verantwortlich sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts konnte sie an einer MUN-Konferenz in Griechenland teilnehmen. Von dort brachte sie viele Inspirationen mit, die mittlerweile auch Eingang in unsere MUNOT-Konferenz gefunden haben, wie zum Beispiel das Experten-Panel. Liisa Meriste konnte ebenso mehr \u00fcber die Struktur einer MUN erfahren, indem sie als Beobachterin an einer Konferenz in Amsterdam teilnahm.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Voss besuchte einen Schulmanagementkurs, dessen Schwerpunkt auf der Umsetzung der Social Development Goals der Vereinten Nationen lag. Lisa Tomaschewski nahm an einer Hospitation zum Thema Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeit teil, wobei sie eine Schule in Finnland besuchte und dort ein Planspiel zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit betreute. Aus diesen beiden Ma\u00dfnahmen resultierte unter anderem die \u201aUmwelt AG\u2018, die vom Biologielehrer Fabian Mohrhardt geleitet wird, und momentan den \u00f6kologischen Fu\u00dfabdruck der ganzen Schule berechnet. Bereits im Oktober arbeitete er hierzu mit einer spanischen Schule zusammen, die das TSG im n\u00e4chsten Fr\u00fchjahr in La Solana besuchen wird.<\/p>\n<p><u>Ausbau der Lehrkompetenz in den F\u00e4chern Deutsch, Englisch und Mathematik<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Laura Steinbach hat online am Kurs \u201eNeurolinguistisches Lernen\u201c von Tanja Kaufmann teilgenommen, um ihre bestehenden Kenntnisse auf diesem Gebiet noch weiter zu vertiefen und neue Wege f\u00fcr die sch\u00fclerorientierte Vermittlung von Wissen aufzuzeigen.<\/p>\n<p>Reet J\u00f5geva und Frau Aina Saares erhielten die M\u00f6glichkeit, die \u201eInternationalen Deutschlehrertagung\u201c in Wien zu besuchen. Dort arbeiteten sie in verschiedenen Workshops, in denen sie sich mit der Vermittlung von Deutsch als Fremdsprache auseinandersetzten und neue Impulse f\u00fcr den Unterricht mit zur\u00fcck nach Estland nahmen.<\/p>\n<p>Mariia Shchelkova nahm online an der \u201eInternational Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language Conference\u201c (IATEFL) teil, wo sie einen tieferen Einblick in neue Methoden zur Vermittlung der englischen Sprache sowie in die Beschaffung von authentischem Lernmaterial erhalten konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mathematiklehrerin Liisa-Marie L\u00e4\u00e4ne besuchte einen Kurs \u00fcber \u201eSTEAM\u201c (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Maths), einen interdisziplin\u00e4ren Ansatz, der Wissenschaft, Technologie, Ingenieurwesen, Kunst und Mathematik miteinander verzahnt. Der Kurs soll dazu beitragen, Mathematik und deren Anwendungsbereiche auch au\u00dferhalb des unterrichtlichen Kontextes zu erkennen und so die Lernmotivation der Sch\u00fcler*innen zu steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Auch in Zukunft wird die europ\u00e4ische Idee und das Erasmus+ Programm eine wichtige Rolle am TSG spielen. Im vergangenen Jahr bekamen wir den positiven Bescheid dar\u00fcber, dass die Schule sich erfolgreich f\u00fcr den Zeitraum 2022 bis 2027 akkreditieren konnte. Dies bedeutet, dass bereits in diesem Schuljahr gef\u00f6rderte Projekte durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen, die sich positiv auf die Schulentwicklung und das Lernklima auswirken
